Our company
HOA Luminaries is a division of FLIC Luminaries, LLC. FLIC originated in 2001 for the purpose of providing a better solution for neighborhoods to decorate for the holidays with luminaries that do not have the pitfalls of traditional, paper luminaries.
Our luminaries are made in the U.S.A., in Wichita, Kansas.
